Dan Kardos, C.E.T.

As part of The Kore Team, Dan takes a strategic and methodical approach in assisting in the sale or procurement of your current or future property. His direct exposure to residential home construction and renovations allow him to provide valuable insight to clients as to what lies behind the covered surfaces. While his background in engineering allows him to visualize the underlying building structure.

With a keen interest in home design and business, Dan’s “outside off work” interests further compliment his understanding of the real estate market. He also values time spent with his wife Chantel, and weekend BBQ’s with his family and ever-growing group of friends.

Dan carries a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, and is a Certified Engineering Technologist (designated as CET). He holds a Building Code Identification Number (BCIN), and has a thorough understanding of the Ontario Building Code.

Dan also has first hand experience in the development of a small business, and all associated activities including networking, employee management, brand awareness, and accounting.
